10 Year Warranty

Part of the ethos of starting Bowman Leather was a desire to make quality items that will a life time and ditch cheap mass produced goods. I am ‘you buy cheap then you buy twice’ sort of advocate. I make all my camera straps with the best British vegetable tanned leather, a product that will last forever if you look after it! I double rivet each end of my camera strap which will increase the product’s lifespan as well as keeping your camera safer. My split rings are chunky steel coated with nickel. 

I take pride in the quality of my products and I am confident that they are built to last. As a testament to my commitment to quality, I offer a 10-year warranty and repair guarantee on all of my products.

In the unlikely event that a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 10 years of purchase, I will replace the faulty part. However, it is important to note that proper care and maintenance of products is essential to ensure their longevity. I strongly advise customers to follow the care instructions provided in my FAQs page.

I understand that accidents can happen and that my products are meant to be used, not kept in a box! If a product fails due to general wear and tear, I am happy to provide a repair quote. Please keep in mind that proof of purchase is required in all circumstances.
