Delivery & Returns Information

  • All items will be sent out withing 2 working days of the order being placed. Any changes in this will be communicated as soon as possible.

  • Orders to the UK are fulfilled by Royal Mail 24 Tracked as standard (this costs £2.95 but is free for orders over £25) and this should take 1 day to arrive. Your tracking code will be sent via email.

  • As standard, international orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (this costs £5.95 but is free for orders over £45). Europe orders take 3-5 days and everywhere else takes 6-7 days.

    We recommend checking with your local customs office to see if the parcel is being held in case of any issues or delays with your delivery.

    Sorry, we no longer offer shipping to the EU or NI.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check before ordering if imports from the UK will be due fees. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

  • If you decide that you would rather have something else from my shop, please get in touch! I am happy to discuss all requests.

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery but must be in the same condition that they arrived in and with the cotton storage bag (if applicable). Any scratches, marks, soiling and alterations is considered damage and items may be returned to the buyer. Please pay close attention the area around the split rings. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Contact me to process a return.

    Unfortunately, personalised items, items with customisation (this includes custom lengths or upgrading to a stitched finish) or any other bespoke requests cannot be returned (but they can be modified for a fee).

    In all instances where an item is returned, please ensure adequate insurance for the cost of your package and retain proof of postage.

    The original cost of postage will not be refunded to the buyer.

  • In the case of items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer has the options to:

    1. Repay for shipping with an updated address

    2. Get a refund for the item minus the original cost of shipping

    Both cases are only applicable once the item has been received back to me.

    Lost Mail

    If an item is taking longer than expected to arrive it will only be classed as lost according to the courier's policy. Only after this date has passed will refunds be considered.

  • Please note that a valid PO BOX is required for delivery to the UAE.
